Refund policy

At Feeldom, we aim to do whatever it takes to make your purchase and product an exciting experience. 

All Wheelchair Bags and Backpacks are Manufacture-Quality Replacement Warranty up to 3 years from purchase. 

                                Please treat your bag kindly, and it will serve you with joy for many years.

                                  In case you are not completely satisfied with your Feeldom product:

A.  Contact customer support at ifeeldom@feeldomlife.com.  Please let us know your name or order number. Describe the issue in detail so we can make the proper adjustments as soon as possible.

B.  Use the return label enclosed in your order to send us back the package if necessary. We promise to make it right! Your return label issued at no cost to you, and is valid for 30 days from purchase. Please note that returns must follow the specifications.

Return / Exchange Options:

#1. 30-day return/refund or exchange guarantee.  Please notify us of any issue as soon as possible, so we can fix it right away.  We will be glad to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction. If you feel that your Feeldom product is not functioning properly, please contact us and we can address the issue in each specific case. Full refund or exchange is available only within the 30-day period from purchase. 

#2. 5-year Manufacturer's Quality Warranty allows you to have your bag repaired or replaced if there was an issue with manufacturing quality. Please keep your invoice / warranty card as proof of purchase in case of claiming your warranty. Must comply with the following guidelines below (*b.) Simply contact customer support, and we will gladly assist you.

a.  Although we check our products thoroughly,  there could be the unfortunate case of manufacture defect or an item being damaged in transit.  We will offer an exchange of the same product or a full refund in this case, if reported within the 30-day range. If we sent you the wrong color or size by accident, the 30-day exchange or refund will apply as well.

*b. Product must not have been cut (box opened with a knife, for example), washed in any way, by hand or machine, spilled on by beverage, oil or chemical agent,  deformed by heat (like melted by cigarette or touching a heater) or abused by not being used according to its intended purpose. Rubber zipper pulls and ring zippers are not intended for load-bearing or for lifting or hanging your bag. In the case of zipper abuse, we will not be able to refund or exchange your item. 

c. If you would like to exchange the color or size because you're not satisfied with how it fits or looks, or it was purchased as a gift and the receiver would like to exchange it, within 30 days you must contact us. If you contact us and return a completely new / unused product for an exchange or refund within 30 days, we will gladly help you find the perfect item for you or your loved one without further delay.

d. In the rare case your item has a missing component (such as strap or clip), please contact us and we will send you the missing component immediately. If we can't - we will gladly exchange the entire product after receiving your return package.
